Cotton Candy Ombré, a DIY inspired look. I turned this outfit from
casual to dressy by adding some studded flats, layers of necklaces, and a
sleek leather vest. Following the neon trend, I added a neon yellow
studded belt, completing the look. I wore my hair in top knot and
applied hot pink lip gloss to give the complete look some fun.
